Cold season... for some people
Almost everyone agrees that winter in Pittsburgh can get pretty cold and depressing, but Pedro's strategy is to deny the presence of winter all together... and his toes are warmer than my fingers, so it works, somehow :-)
No idea what his secret is.

I loved this picture. The other day I saw a guy doing the same exact thing. Maybe he is the same one... Who knows?
